The use of a tea ball/infuser does not affect the taste of the tea. This infuser is made of stainless steel and comes with a convenient chain that can be placed on the cup handle to prevent it from falling to the bottom. To clean, simply open the buckle, use a small brush to clean, wash and leave to dry. Dishwasher safe, but not recommended.
