​How do I

place an order?

The order process is secure and seamless. Simply add items to your cart and use the checkout feature located on the cart window. Your cart can always be found at the top right of the screen with a number showing how many items you have in it.

Payment

& Shipping

We accept PayPal, debit cards and all major credit cards. Shipping is through the United States Postal Service (USPS), and orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. We offer free ground shipping for orders over $45 to the US. You will receive an order confirmation at checkout, followed by a tracking number when your order is shipped.

Returns

& Refunds

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your White Mountain Mushroom products. If you experience ANY problem with your order, please contact us immediately. We will gladly exchange or replace your order, or provide you with a refund or credit.

International

Orders

We are able to ship to many countries, but we cannot offer free shipping to international addresses. You will be responsible for all shipping charges, as well as any customs/VAT or government fees associated with your package. Please contact us for further information. International shipments are restricted to 4 pounds (~1.8 kg). We ship via the United States Postal Service First Class International Package program.

Our seasonal mushrooms are available fresh at area farmer's markets, farm stands, and restaurants in the Oxford County and Cumberland County (Maine) and Carroll County (New Hampshire) regions.

Folks in the Greater Lovell region can contact us to arrange free pickup/delivery of both dried and fresh products.
